HR Executive

We are seeking an HR Executive to support our human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to grow with a dynamic organization.

What You'll Handle:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Coordinate onboarding and training programs
• Maintain employee records and HR systems
• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Conduct performance review processes
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations
• Manage leave administration and attendance tracking

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-4 years of HR experience, preferably in multi-company environment
• Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
