Operation Executive

We're looking for Operation Executive (Maintenance & Operation). You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing heavy machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• 1) Arrange machine delivery, exchange, collection and off-hire
• 2) Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
• 3) Handle machine breakdowns and coordinate repair works
• 4) Manage spare parts request and issue parts to mechanics
• 5) Handle machine damage inspections, documentation and claims
• 6) Update daily operational data and prepare monthly reports

Requirements:

• 1) Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering or a related field
• 2) Min 1- 2 years of experience in operation coordination
• 3) Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• 4) Strong coordination, planning and problem-solving skills
• 5) Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
• 6) Responsible, organised and able to work independently
• 7) Male candidates are preferred
