Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our equipment maintenance and logistics operations. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview:

• Manage daily operations of equipment maintenance and logistics
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Optimize operational processes and resource allocation
• Lead and develop operations team

• Develop and implement operational strategies and KPIs
• Manage equipment inventory and maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with sales team for equipment deployment
• Budget management and cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of operations experience, with 3 years in management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety protocols
• Experience with ERP/operations management systems
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
