Delivery & Shipment Policy

Understanding our delivery requirements, charges, and lead times for your orders

1. Definitions

Company:

TTL Engineering Parts & Services Sdn Bhd [Company No: 202001031433 (1387753D)].

Buyer:

The individual or entity purchasing products from the Company's website.

Products:

All items available for sale on the website, including additional and spare parts.

Website:

2. Delivery Requirements

Delivery of Products will be made to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of order. The following conditions must be met for successful delivery:
  • The delivery location must be accessible by our transportation vehicles, considering the size and nature of the purchase.
  • If the delivery involves multi-story buildings, an elevator or lift must be available.
  • The delivery area must be free from hazards, such as narrow stairways prone to damage, obstructed passageways, or any environment that could pose a health or safety risk to our employees or agents.

Right to Cancel

The Company reserves the right to cancel delivery if any of the above requirements are not met. Delivery via staircase is permitted provided there is adequate space to ensure safety.

3. Additional Charges

Deliveries via staircases and deliveries scheduled after 6:00 PM (Malaysia GMT +8) will incur additional charges. The Buyer will receive a revised quotation for these services in writing.

4. Free Delivery Eligibility

Free delivery is available for orders over RM350.00

Provided the delivery address is within the Klang Valley and no installation services are included.

Excluded Locations

The following locations, although near the Klang Valley, are not eligible for free delivery:

Cyberjaya
Klang
Lembah Beringin
Port Klang
Putrajaya
Rawang
Semenyih
Sepang

5. Delivery Lead Times

Peninsular Malaysia (In-Stock Items)

Standard delivery lead time is 2-3 days for in-stock items.

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

Delivery times are typically 3-5 weeks for in-stock items. Some Products may require longer lead times depending on availability.

Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, Buyers are encouraged to use the "Add to Wishlist" feature. The Company will contact the Buyer with the expected lead time via email.
